The practice was founded by Murtala Rasaki, a PRINCE2-certified governance and PMO specialist with 20+ years across regulatory, public sector and capital delivery environments. He built the Nodal Execution & Governance Framework from two decades of doing the work — stabilising stalled programmes, standing up PMO functions, and delivering complex, compliance-heavy projects to time and budget.
